At Barrett Bergmann Home, every product is crafted with care and attention to detail. We stand behind the quality of our products. Because of the nature of our products, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can quickly review your claim.
- Once approved, we will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Conditions
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for return or refund.
- We are unable to accept returns for any other reason, including change of mind or general wear.
How to Submit a Claim
Please email hello@shopbbh.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the damage. Our customer care team will respond within 2 business days with next steps.
