The Barrett Bergmann Home Custom Bedding Program allows designers to create one-of-a-kind luxury bedding using hundreds of curated fabrics—without the cost or complexity of sourcing and managing COM. Mix and match from 485 premium fabric options across our signature duvet, euro, sham, and bolster designs to craft a fully customized look at a fraction of traditional custom workroom pricing. Thoughtfully structured, margin-friendly, and beautifully executed, this program makes bespoke bedding both attainable and profitable.

Step 1

Purchase the BBH Fabric Ring Set

  • $350 which includes 485+ premium fabric swatches
  • Required to participate in the program.

Step 2

Complete the Official BBH Custom Bedding Template

Use the fillable Custom Bedding Order Form to:

  • Select your bedding style, product type, and size 
  • Select your fabrics from the available options
  • Indicate fabric placement for each component in your custom set using the Letter system (Fabric A, B, C, etc.)
  • Add detailed notes as needed

No fields may be left blank. BBH will confirm availability before proceeding.

Step 3

Submit Order + Payment

Email completed template to:
bedding@shopbbh.com

Upon submission of the templates, a payment link will be sent via email.

Step 4

BBH Order Verification

Within 1-2 business days we will:

  • Confirm pattern numbers
  • Verify all specifications
  • Send an Order Verification Summary

You will:

  • Review & Sign approval

Yardage will be held for 3 days. Once signed, production begins.

Step 5

Production Timeline

  • Standard production: 8–10 weeks (if fabrics are in stock)
  • Estimated delivery date provided after workroom confirmation
  • BBH remains your point of contact throughout

Frequently Asked Questions

Can designers provide their own fabrics for the Custom Bedding Program?

At this time, the program is exclusively available using Barrett Bergmann Home’s curated fabric assortment. Outside fabrics are not currently accepted.

Will fabrics ever be discontinued from the program?

Occasionally, certain fabrics may be discontinued or temporarily out of stock. Yardage availability is always confirmed at the time an order is placed, and most out of stock fabrics are replenished. The program will also continue to evolve with the introduction of new fabrics over time.

Can designers order custom pillows or duvet covers separately?

Additional custom pillows may be added to a bedding order for an additional cost. However, standalone custom pillow or duvet cover orders are not currently available through the program.
